This position is responsible for producing accurate, detailed estimates that reflect our commitment to quality, durability, and custom solutions. We’re looking for someone who understands millwork inside and out and brings a thoughtful, methodical approach to evaluating drawings, materials, and project requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Bench Carpenter & Craftsman, you will:

    · Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists to accurately fabricate and assemble millwork and cabinetry.

    · Measure, cut, shape, and fit materials using both hand tools and woodworking machinery.

    · Execute precise joinery, assembly, and fitting to ensure superior craftsmanship.

    · Work with a variety of materials including hardwoods, veneers, MDF, and laminate.

    · Experienced on small to large scale millwork projects from fabrication through final installation
